LANGE & SÖHNE SAXONIA GROSSDATUM REF. 381.031 FROM 2022

A. Lange & Söhne Saxonia Grossdatum ref. 381.031 combines a clean, understated design with the manufacture’s distinctive large date display. Produced in 2022, this example features an 18-carat pink gold case measuring 38.5 mm in diameter, paired with a black dial crafted from solid silver.

Black dial is complemented by applied gold hour markers and matching hands. Large date display is positioned at 12 o’clock, with a small seconds subdial at 6 o’clock, creating a balanced and symmetrical layout. Sapphire crystals are fitted to both the front and case back, allowing a view of the movement. Water resistance is rated at 30 metres.

Powering the watch is the in-house automatic calibre L086.8. The movement features a central rotor with a 950 platinum oscillating weight and provides approximately 72 hours of power reserve. Comprising 286 components, the movement reflects A. Lange & Söhne’s focus on traditional watchmaking and detailed finishing.

Watch is fitted with a black alligator leather strap and an 18-carat pink gold pin buckle.
